About the Role

We're looking for a skilled developer to join our team as a senior Java professional. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and develop robust web-based applications using Java.

You'll work on exciting technical challenges in a fully remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create scalable microservices using Spring Boot and other Spring frameworks.
  • Work with legacy systems leveraging GlassFish or WildFly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Review code and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
  • Strong command of Java and object-oriented programming.
  • Hands-on experience with GlassFish or WildFly.
  • Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related modules.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Proficient in SQL and databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
