About the Role:

This Senior Consultant position requires expertise in IT Service Management, specifically in ISO 20000 implementation and ITIL framework. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of proven experience in end-to-end implementation of ISO 20000 ITSM, process optimization, audit readiness, and capability maturity assessments.

Main Duties:
  1. Lead the implementation, assessment, and auditing of ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS).
  2. Design, implement, and maintain ITSM frameworks aligned with ITIL standards.
  3. Conduct service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
  4. Develop and refine ITSM policies, procedures, and service management processes.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external audits related to ITSM would be an added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills.
