Senior Network Engineer

A highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with a strong background in WAN protocols, LAN/WLAN technologies, and Cisco switches/routers is required to join our team. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues, managing network infrastructure, and performing maintenance and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal service quality.
  2. Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  3. Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure network stability and performance.
  4. Monitor network performance and resource utilization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network-related issues and improve overall system reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 4-5 years of experience in WAN protocols, LAN/WLAN, and Cisco switches/routers.
  • Knowledge of NG-Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortigate) and security practices (ACLs, VPNs).
  • Experience with wireless access controllers and access points.
  • Project experience with core infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of SDN/SD-WAN, public cloud, and security products.
  • Expertise in routing, switching, VPN troubleshooting, and WAN architecture.
  • Experience with security audits, network patching, and compliance policies.
  • Understanding of ITIL and enterprise change management.
  • Strong NG-Firewalls experience and familiarity with Cisco IOS, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and SolarWinds.
  • Team management skills.
