Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HR system functional support for various tasks, including payroll processing and query resolution.
  • Assist payroll users and resolve queries within agreed timelines, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare detailed analysis reports to facilitate defect fixing and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll manuals, SOPs and KBA to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Prioritise workload and share knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and identify process/service improvement opportunities to drive innovation.
  • Promote standardisation of processes across regions to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions/workarounds for BAU processes to mitigate potential issues.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Software Engineer. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, based on business requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in HR system functional support and payroll processing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
