Team Leadership: As a leader, you will promote a culture of excellence within the team, fostering open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (B.Com) with a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Commerce (M.Com)
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in operations, accounts, and finance
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities
