We are seeking an innovative designer who can craft compelling visual strategies for strategic pursuits. This role involves creating layouts that align with our brand identity, devising cover art, charts, graphs, and packaging methods that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing designs for client-facing materials, such as proposals and presentations.
  • Partnering with pursuit teams to provide comprehensive business development coverage.
  • Driving design creativity and coaching partners and teams to enhance pursuit design innovation.

This role requires strong experience in graphic design, knowledge of our products and services, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have expertise in graphics software tools, proficiency in standard operating software (MS Office), and design software like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Additionally, this role demands executive presence, establishing credibility quickly, commanding attention and respect, and dealing comfortably with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience include:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2-3+ years of Graphic Design/Communications/Pursuits Strategy experience.
  • Familiarity with large global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Pursuit Activation or new business pitches.
