Description:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our transition from outsourced IT to an in-house team. They will work closely with our development and software engineering teams to update software, debug issues, and ensure seamless user experiences. Key skills include experience with CRM systems, API integration, and front-end and back-end technologies such as WordPress and server-side languages like Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop front-end website architecture and back-end website applications.
  2. Design user interactions on web pages.
  3. Develop and maintain a suite of WordPress websites.
  4. Create servers and databases for functionality.
  5. Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
  6. Ensure responsiveness of applications.
  7. Work alongside graphic designers for web design features.
  8. Participate in the integration, consolidation, and design of CRM systems.
  9. Facilitate the linking of APIs to connect different software platforms.
  10. Collaborate with the rest of the development team to design and launch new features.
  11. Maintain code integrity and organization.
  12. Understand and implement security and data protection.
  13. Conduct regular system tests and troubleshooting as necessary.
  14. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  15. Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
  16. Contribute creative ideas for system and process improvements.
  17. Taking the lead on projects, as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  3. Previous experience working with CRM systems.
  4. Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.
  5. Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
  6. Demonstrable experience with API integration.
  7. Experience with WordPress development.
  8. Strong attention to detail.
  9. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  10. Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTTP, JSON, AJAX.
  11. Familiarity with REST and RPC APIs.
  12. Comfort with agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features.
  13. An understanding of networking and core Internet protocols.
  14. Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control practices.
  15. Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
