The role of a digital marketing expert is to build an online connection with customers or clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to engage with customers via the digital space.
  2. Oversee social media strategies to establish and maintain a brand's online presence.
  3. Manage and maintain the organisation's website(s) to ensure seamless user experience.
  4. Create and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter.
  5. Analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports to stakeholders.
  6. Achieve key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
  7. Improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the website(s) to enhance visibility.
Skills Required

This position requires individuals who can assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, possess attention to detail, and have excellent analytical skills.
