In this role, you will be responsible for performing quantity takeoffs on architectural and structural building plans. Your expertise in quantity takeoffs and familiarity with software like PlanSwift will be valuable assets to our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently with focus and speed. As a team player, you will be willing to adapt and contribute wherever needed, demonstrating humility and a willingness to learn and grow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing quantity takeoffs on architectural and structural building plans
  • Utilizing software like PlanSwift to streamline your workflow
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless project execution

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of PKR 50,000 – 80,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. Our modern office is located in Tulip Block, Park View City, Lahore, offering a comfortable workspace with air conditioning, a kitchen, and refrigerator facilities.
