About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to drive our organic growth efforts. This role demands a data-driven, creative, and organized professional who can manage an SEO team, craft and execute effective SEO strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SEO Strategy & Execution
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  3. Oversee both on-page and technical SEO initiatives to enhance organic visibility and rankings, focusing on user experience and search engine algorithms.
  4. Identify new growth opportunities across keywords, content, and SERP features, analyzing performance metrics and industry benchmarks.
  5. Team Management
  6. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists and analysts, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing regular feedback and coaching.
  7. Set clear KPIs and team goals, ensuring accountability and continuous performance improvement, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  8. Conduct regular training to keep the team up-to-date with industry changes and tools, fostering a culture of ongoing learning and development.
  9. Analytics & Reporting
  10. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms to track performance, monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and user behavior.
  11. Deliver insightful SEO reports and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management, informing data-driven decisions and strategic initiatives.
  12. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  13. Partner with content, development, and product teams to align SEO with broader marketing and product strategies, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
