Marketing Role:

We are seeking a creative and experienced professional to spearhead our brand presence, elevate client engagement, and drive business growth through content marketing, social media management, and digital communications.

This role focuses on developing and implementing original content strategies across all major platforms, expanding our online footprint, and enhancing user experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage compelling social media content to engage target audiences
  • Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories to ensure consistent messaging
  • Develop marketing collateral using Canva or similar tools
  • Monitor and respond to online conversations to foster community growth
  • Support email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
  • Update website content, blog posts, and property listings to maintain a strong online presence
  • Analyze marketing performance data to inform future strategy and suggest improvements
  • Maintain accurate marketing databases, lead trackers, and asset libraries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Highly proficient with content creation tools, CRM, and database management software
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing practices is advantageous but not essential
