Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned front-end software development lead to spearhead the creation of innovative web client applications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, architecting and implementing scalable front-end solutions using React and JavaScript technologies. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, maintainable front-end codebase using modern web development standards and tools.
  • Lead the team in implementing automated testing and deployment processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate front-end components into larger system architectures.
  • Maintain systems by fixing existing issues, improving performance, and ensuring security compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in professional industry.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript technologies, including React, Redux, and Context.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards, security compliances, and design systems such as Material-UI or Atomize.
  • Experience with writing unit tests and collaboration tools like GitHub and JIRA.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-based infrastructure management.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence team members.
