Product Officer Job Description

The Product Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting product operations, business coordination, and documentation. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills who can manage documentation, coordinate between departments, and assist in product-related tasks to ensure smooth execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate eager to learn and grow within a fintech environment. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of product lifecycle and documentation processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Google Workspace tools.

  • Create and maintain product documentation, business workflows, user guides, and training material.
  • Assist in developing and documenting business requirements for product features.
  • Support internal coordination between the product, operations, compliance, and finance teams.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Track and maintain product performance reports and operational insights.
  • Provide backup support to the team for daily operations when required.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear and concise product documentation, user guides, and reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and coordinating across departments.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities, including providing operational support when needed.
