Job Title: Electrical Manufacturing Project Lead

">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Manufacturing Project Lead to oversee the execution of electrical/electronic manufacturing projects in Lahore, Pakistan. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of engineers and technicians to enhance working relationships through regular team-building activities.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve any project-related issues.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of tower/line (T/L) design, including plan profiles, foundation selection, clearances, and other related aspects.
  • Project Execution: Oversee daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports to ensure high productivity levels and manage FAT and Type Test schedules efficiently.
  • Measurement Sheets and Progress Invoices: Verify measurement sheets and progress invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Continuously track project progress with all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced level of MS Excel usage and proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Word, and PLS-CAD/Ultralight.
Requirements:
  • Professional Certification: Hold a valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) certification.
  • Technical Qualifications: Preference given to candidates with PE (Principle Engineer Certification).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of similar work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and presentable demeanor.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in flexible scheduling depending on workload.
