Accounting professionals with a keen eye for financial detail are needed to join our team as a Management Accountant.

Job Description

The Management Accountant is a critical role that involves preparing and analyzing financial information to support business decisions. This position requires managing financial records, performing month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

This includes the preparation of comprehensive Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets, as well as performing month-end close activities, variance analysis, exception reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and providing insightful commentary.

Other key responsibilities include maintaining the Fixed Asset Register, overseeing the Prepaid Schedule, managing and coordinating the annual audit process, and preparing monthly reports for account directors and sales teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record in a management accounting role or similar position.
  • Relevant qualifications such as ACCA, ACMA, or CA.
  • Solid understanding of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliations.
  • Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues promptly.
