Solution Architect

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred for this position.

This role involves developing and implementing technology solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Architecture:
    • Develop scalable, robust, and secure architectures for banking solutions.
    • Create and maintain architectural blueprints to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  2. Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
    • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality banking solutions.
  3. Solution Development:
    • Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions, including integration with third-party systems and legacy platforms.
    • Ensure the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet high-security standards required in the banking sector.
    • Oversee the implementation of proof-of-concept initiatives to validate technology solutions.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions.
    • Present architectural solutions and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years as a Solution Architect in the banking sector, with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions, including cloud-based architectures.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques, with strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable for this position.
