Student Guidance Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Guidance Advisor to provide expert guidance to students planning to study abroad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Counseling students on suitable study options in various countries including the UK, Australia, Canada, Europe, and others
  • Handling student inquiries via multiple channels, including phone calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
  • Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and providing documentation as needed
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients by following up on leads and ensuring excellent customer service

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu, with fluency being essential for effective communication
  • Prior experience in student consultancy or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not mandatory
  • A confident and professional demeanor, with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
