About the Role

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in shaping and continuously enhancing an organization's cybersecurity framework. They will be responsible for overseeing and implementing robust security measures to safeguard corporate assets and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Threat Intelligence and Incident Response: Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and develop effective incident response plans to mitigate potential risks.
  • Cybersecurity Framework Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Security Awareness and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and promote a culture of awareness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity measures into overall business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a senior cybersecurity role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cybersecurity strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
