This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi. The Personal Assistant will handle information management, schedule meetings, draft emails for the director, assist with travel arrangements, and support general administrative tasks for the Director.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the schedules and calendars of the director.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support travel, insurance, Visa, and other related tasks.
- Draft emails on behalf of the director.
- Be tech-savvy and proficient in managing social media.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain proper organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable university or institute.
- 1-3 years of experience as a PA is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with technology and social media management is a plus.
