Job Title: Online Store Customer Service ExpertAbout the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Store Customer Service Expert. This key member of our customer support team will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Check order delivery status and update customers accordingly.
  3. Efficiently handle issues related to damaged items or returns.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of education preferably including BA, BCOM, ICOM, or ICS degree.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proactive and takes initiative on their own.
  • Problem solver and decision maker.
Working Arrangements:
  • Full-time position.
  • 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

This role requires a customer-focused individual who can provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction.
