About This Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our IT sales team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Sales Plans: Design and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on building strong relationships with clients and promoting QuickStart offerings.
- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing coaching and guidance to help sales associates reach their full potential.
- Analyze Sales Performance: Review sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of contact center or sales experience (preferably), minimum 5 years of sales management experience (preferably).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the e-learning industry will be beneficial.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
