Email Marketing Professional

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and execution of our email marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a correct and up-to-date schedule of production stages, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of content.

Additional tasks involve creating and/or maintaining email marketing contents and artifacts, such as seed lists, target data sources, visual archives of email templates, promotion discounts, landing pages, art files, and procedural manuals.

Day-to-day email execution includes maintaining production schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, formatting templates, making edits from proofing processes, and controlling deployment processes.

Monitoring and supporting email deliverability involves advising marketers on best practices (e.g. content issues, CAN-SPAM, technical specifications), running diagnostics in email applications, and collaborating with IT and data management teams on system configuration issues.

Effective communication among program attorneys, publishing, R&D, marketing managers, proofreaders, and art directors is crucial to ensure timely marketing email deployments.

Critical tasks also involve coordinating PLI Smartbrief submissions between marketing directors and vendors, tracking records of Free Friday promotions, and solving problems independently.

Required skills and qualifications include 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience, a Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS, strict daily deadlines, multitasking, and detail-oriented work habits.

Essential skills also include strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Able to solve problems independently and indicate job title 'Email Marketing Specialist' in the subject line.
