We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to support our Human Development Program. As a member of the project team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of effective strategies to address childhood stunting, with a focus on access to health, nutrition, education, clean water, and a clean environment.

Key responsibilities include reviewing literature on key topics, producing write-ups, and assisting in developing and piloting instruments. You will also be responsible for monitoring endline survey activities, conducting fieldwork, and providing research support to the project team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Economics, Sociology, or a related discipline, and experience with data cleaning, analysis, and management.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sociology, Social Sciences, or any related discipline required. Very good data cleaning, analysis and management skills – Intermediate to advanced knowledge of STATA and Excel necessary requirement.

Excellent writing and communication skills required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability. Willingness to do fieldwork and travel as required.
