Job Description
The On-Farm Composting Expert will work with the Resonance team to develop a business plan for on-farm compost preparation, review and update the project's draft manual, and support the setup of activities at farm level.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update the project manual to include detailed on-farm compost concept, prerequisites, compost types, and requirements to pilot.
- Develop a business plan for activity, including feasibility, ROI, and cost-effectiveness in comparison with inorganic fertilizer.
- Support the Resonance team to design a field-based approach to pilot it.
- Enable and support organization in driving social, economic, and environmental impact.
