Machine Learning Specialist Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.

Job Description

This position involves designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and a strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
  • Experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries to enhance our AI capabilities.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data to build high-quality training datasets for machine learning models.
  • Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using appropriate techniques and methodologies.
  • Deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them with existing systems and applications.
  • Monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in AI research, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge with team members through presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in machine learning, AI development, or data science.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of cloud-based AI services is a plus.
