  • Achieving quarterly targets through market analysis, product knowledge, and effective communication with teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest product and service information, enabling informed decision-making and customer education.
  • Liaising with Operations, Finance, and Credit teams for pricing, credit, and process-related issues.
Broadening Business Horizons
  • Evaluating local markets within designated territories, analyzing competitive data, and strategizing for future growth.
  • Developing short-term and long-term sales strategies to maintain existing clients and attract new business.
  • Collaborating in the creation of high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and introductory materials.
  • Promoting company expertise through targeted letters, point-of-sale materials, and follow-up appointments.
  • Ensuring all interactions showcase the company's professionalism and competitiveness, leading to secure business deals within agreed parameters.
  • Maintaining an updated customer database, ensuring timely inclusion on tender lists, and supporting proposal submissions.
  • Providing guidance on tender submissions and assisting with major tender production and presentation.
  • Implementing and overseeing hand-over plans for 'new' sold business, collaborating with Branch or Program Management as needed.
Building Lasting Relationships
  • Traveling to implement programs with local clients in Pakistan, fostering strong connections and trust.
  • Aligning processes for timely and accurate data delivery, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Driving profitability and customer engagement, demonstrating a passion for understanding client needs.
