Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising the engineering department, including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Pneumatic & Hydraulic, Refrigeration & Air conditioning, Design room, Maintenance shop, Tool Room, Machine Shop, Fabrication Shop, and precision modification & alteration engineering workshop.
  • Modifying, manufacturing, maintaining, erecting, installing, and commissioning plants, generators, air compressors, dryers, pumps, filters, centrifuges, etc.
  • Conducting workshops for the workforce to acquaint them with modern engineering techniques and skills.
  • Implementing preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance of the plants to keep them in perfect working order.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar function
  • Technical expertise in Mechanical Workshop & Plant Repair & Maintenance
  • Sound knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Able to work well under pressure
