We are seeking an experienced Power System Consultant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Power System Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting power system studies involving load flow analysis, short circuit calculations, protection coordination, arc flash and harmonic analysis using PSS SINCAL, Etap or any other equivalent software.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working with power system planning, services, design and consultancy. They should also possess good communication and writing skills, problem solving abilities and hands on experience of network planning software like PSSSINCAL, PSSE, Etap, SIMARIS design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct power system studies including load flow analysis, short circuit calculations, protection coordination, arc flash and harmonic analysis
  • Perform power quality measurements and studies for industries and power utilities
  • Experience in performing protection coordination studies along with unit protection like motor protection, CT/VT sizing calculations

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a renowned University and at least 03 years of professional work experience specifically in the field of power system planning, services, design and consultancy. Experience with a consultancy firm will be preferred.
