Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research to identify potential funding sources, developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, and leading and coordinating fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to maximize revenue generation and meet fundraising targets.
2. Lead and coordinate fundraising campaigns, including digital campaigns, direct mail appeals, crowdfunding initiatives, and online giving platforms.
3. Research and draft sponsorship proposals for education and corporate sectors.
4. Develop pre-positioning and promotional material, such as capacity statements, presentations, and briefing notes.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation or master's degree in a relevant field, or corresponding additional work experience.
2. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
3. A proven track record in fundraising with a demonstrable track record of securing projects.
4. Deep knowledge of the NGO donor landscape.
5. Strong networking and coordination skills.
6. Excellent Communication and English writing skills.

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Salary bracket of PKR 135,000 to PKR 250,000 plus incentives. On successful completion of targeted projects, a bonus salary and a sponsored trip to Malaysia.
