Job Overview:

This role will drive financial strategy, IPO readiness, and investment decisions, including market research for strategic investments and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop long-term financial planning to ensure the company's successful IPO positioning.
  • Market Research & Investment Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and risk analysis for M&A opportunities to align with growth objectives.
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize capital allocation for financial stability and future investment funding.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Leadership: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and IPO requirements in collaboration with legal and audit teams.
  • Investor Relations: Support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in investor engagements, preparing reports and financial disclosures aligned with public market expectations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with leadership to align financial and market strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  2. Experience in a software services company is essential.
  3. Proven track record in financial modeling, strategic forecasting, IPO readiness, and investment analysis.
  4. Experience in M&A, including deal structuring, financial due diligence, and post-merger integration.
  5. Strong ability to conduct market research and analyze investment opportunities for global expansion.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management, investor relations, and strategic advisory skills.
  7. Fluency in English communication and the ability to present financial strategies to executives.
