As a key member of our Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in today's dynamic analytical/technological environment.

The Experience

Our highly insight-driven and innovative team is dedicated to delivering data insights and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.

You will be responsible for orchestrating last-mile data pipelines, delivering data to Analytics Leads and Data Scientists, and expanding and optimizing our data pipeline architecture.

Additionally, you will partner with Data Engineers to implement the right data and systems for Commercial Analytics, assist with data-related technical issues, and ensure efficient data delivery architecture throughout ongoing projects.

Experience working with large sets of internal and external data, attention to detail, and a penchant for accuracy are essential for this role.

  • Explore novel data sources and identify high-value data sources aligned with the team's use cases and strategy.
  • Provide clean, transformed data ready for analysis.
  • Apply software engineering standard processes to analytics code (version control, testing, continuous integration).
  • Support Data Scientists and Data Analysts by applying transformations for ML models on datasets.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analytics Leads to drive business outcomes.
