As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of our products.

You will need to reach the targets and goals set for your area and establish, maintain, and expand your customer base.

Your key responsibilities will include servicing the needs of existing customers, increasing business opportunities through various routes to market, setting sales targets for individual representatives and teams, recruiting and training sales staff, allocating areas to sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and monitoring team performance.

You will also be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales figures, possibly dealing with major customer accounts, collecting customer feedback and market research, and reporting to senior managers.

Key Skills

We are looking for someone with excellent sales and negotiation skills, good business sense, the ability to motivate and lead a team, initiative and enthusiasm, excellent communication and people skills, and good planning and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to work calmly under pressure and possess the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
