Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization and support our sales efforts by providing high-quality leads that align with our business needs. This role is crucial for generating marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to help drive our sales pipeline, prospect-qualified leads (PQL) based on the Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and maintain a strong client base.

The selected candidate will be responsible for researching, collecting, and refining lead data using various tools and methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research and generate MQLs based on targeted customer profiles.
  • Analyze, clean, and enrich lead records using internal and external tools.
  • Prepare reports and iterate lead lists based on sales feedback.
  • Use automation tools or scripts (where possible) to increase data collection efficiency.
  • Cross-verify data for accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain a growing, reusable database of prospects.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to enhance lead targeting.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in lead generation, data mining, or market research.
  • Must have completed Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS) or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Excel and data-related tools (Google Sheets, CRM software, web scrapers, SQL, or Python).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
