About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Digital Sales Engineer to join our team, working closely with clients to identify their pain points and develop tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and relevant experience in sales or engineering in instrumentation, automation, or related industries.

Familiarity with industrial automation, instrumentation, or OT/IT systems is highly valued, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities include sales prospecting and client engagement, understanding client needs, proposal development, presentations and demonstrations, CRM and sales management, market awareness, and collaboration.

Self-motivation, proactivity, and goal-orientation are essential qualities for this role, as is the willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Activities:
  • Prospect and engage potential clients in industrial automation and digital transformation sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
  • Partner with pre-sales, technical, and engineering teams to create customized technical proposals.
  • Deliver impactful, client-focused presentations and solution demonstrations.
CRM and Sales Performance:
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while monitoring key performance metrics.
Industry Knowledge and Market Awareness:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Position solutions effectively to meet client needs and drive business growth.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address technical queries and ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or engineering in instrumentation, automation, or related industries (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with industrial automation, instrumentation, or OT/IT systems is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM tools and a solid understanding of industrial automation technologies.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
