Human Performance Improvement Specialist

As a Human Performance Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing interventions that improve employee performance and organisational efficiency.

Your primary objective will be to identify areas for improvement in workplace processes and develop strategies to address these gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting analyses of workplace processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing interventions to improve employee performance and organisational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with HR and management to identify and address performance gaps.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and making recommendations for future improvements.
  • Developing and delivering training programs on topics related to human performance improvement.
Improving the Hiring Process:

The hiring process can be improved by incorporating assessments that evaluate a candidate's potential for job performance and organisational fit.

Addressing Human Resource Issues:

A Human Performance Improvement Specialist helps employees who are struggling with work-related issues, such as lack of motivation or poor time management. They provide guidance on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and support employees in achieving their goals.

Negotiation and Persuasion:

You will need to negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources and support for performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, education, or business.

Work mode: Office based.

Shift Time: 10am-7pm.
