Job Title: Property Acquisitions Expert

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Changi. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing new clients, including corporate and individual accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue and develop new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and building relationships
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining strong relationships
  • Analyze client needs, preparing and submitting credit proposals that meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan approvals and disbursements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in soliciting commercial loans and preparing credit proposals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
  • A driven and proactive demeanor, with a customer-oriented approach
  • O-Level qualification required
Work Environment:

5-day workweek in the Changi area, with opportunities for growth and development

Benefits:

$4200 - $6000 monthly salary, offering a competitive remuneration package
