We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a flexible remote work environment. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and proficient in digital marketing and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Optimization: Oversee and update website content to ensure optimal search engine rankings and performance.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve online visibility. Create engaging content for social media channels and monitor performance metrics.
  • Social Media Management: Grow and maintain the company's social media presence through regular posting and engagement with followers.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners. Conduct remote interviews via video conferencing based on set criteria. Coordinate with candidates and manage the hiring process.
  • Client Relationship Building: Communicate with new and existing clients to address their needs and queries. Follow up on sales leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain basic bookkeeping records. Create and manage staff rosters and schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in website management and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • A strong background in digital and social media marketing.
  • Experience in recruitment and conducting remote interviews via video conferencing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and roster creation.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
