Study Guidance Specialist

Job Description:

The Study Guidance Specialist is responsible for providing support to students in their pursuit of higher education abroad. This includes guiding them through the admission and visa application process, as well as offering advice on course and university selection.

As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with students, parents, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate complex information to students and their families, while also being able to work well under pressure.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who possesses strong problem-solving abilities and is able to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • One-on-one student counseling and course/university guidance
  • Assistance with admission, SOPs, and documentation
  • Visa application support and updates on immigration policies
  • Communication with students/parents and internal coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Counseling, or related field)
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of international education systems (UK, Canada, Australia)
