We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing or lead generation, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by measurable growth results.

Key Responsibilities
  • We require you to design and execute high-performing email campaigns and custom email sequences to capture attention and drive conversions.
  • You will manage end-to-end campaign processes from domain warmup to scheduling and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and similar platforms is essential.
  • You must be able to build high-quality email lists tailored to the ideal client profile using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
  • Manage prospecting flows through Dripify and engage 800-1,000 ideal prospects per month.
  • Content & Social Media: create engaging LinkedIn posts, repurpose podcasts into snippets, collaborate with customers to build case studies, produce short video content for social media, and plan/optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Podcast Campaigns: coordinate at least two podcasts per month, including guest communication and light preparation; turn episodes into content assets for outreach and positioning.
  • CRM & Reporting: ensure qualified leads are entered into HubSpot with proper tags and notes; maintain clean CRM and campaign trackers; provide weekly performance reports on outreach and conversions.
  • Client Coordination: act as the liaison between our team and client teams, gather marketing inputs, manage approvals, and collaborate via Slack and Zoom.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing or lead generation.
  • Experience using outbound tools like Instantly.ai and Dripify; knowledge of HubSpot CRM for pipeline management.
  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads, creating case studies, and producing content for social media.
  • Strong written English and excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Familiarity with simple design and video tools is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
