Sales and Business Development Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate brand awareness and lead generation across B2B and B2C markets.
  • Craft and implement targeted marketing strategies to reach diverse customer segments.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and content marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms is a plus.
