Product Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Growth Strategist to spearhead product marketing strategies, drive sales growth, and conduct market research.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing product marketing strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities, conducting market research to identify customer requirements and market trends, and delivering presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement product marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Organize training sessions for the Sales and Services team to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on products, features, and benefits to new and prospective clients.
  • Monitor competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collate product feature requests into actionable user stories.
  • Document key molecular product-related activities for future reference.
Requirements
  • A Pharm D, BS Microbiology, BS Molecular Biology, MLT, or related health degree is required. An MBA would be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
