Highly Skilled Software Professional

As a seasoned software engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing front-end web client applications using React. Your expertise in JavaScript technologies will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.
In this role, you will analyze business requirements, estimate assigned tasks, write code and unit tests, collaborate with other team members, and ensure that your code is secure, performant, and easy to maintain. You will also be responsible for maintaining existing systems, updating issue tracking software, providing status updates, communicating with clients, controlling versions of your code, researching new technologies, leading a team of software engineers, mentoring team members through training and guidance, upgrading skills and knowledge, and evaluating candidates for open positions.
This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in professional industry, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent, strong communication skills, strong proficiency in JavaScript technologies, knowledge and experience of developing user interfaces with HTML and CSS, knowledge and experience of developing applications with ReactJS, Redux, and Context, knowledge and experience of design systems such as Material-UI or Atomize, understanding of accessibility standards and security compliances, experience with writing unit tests and ensuring a high level of test coverage, knowledge of and experience with Github, JIRA, and other collaboration tools, basic understanding of back-end technologies, flexible attitude, versatile personality, strong presentation skills, and strong influence among team members.
