We are seeking a highly skilled senior Zoho developer to join our team. As a senior developer, you will play a key role in implementing and customizing various modules in the Zoho platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop integrated solutions using Zoho applications, such as CRM, Books, Projects, Analytics, Sales IQ, and Desk.
  • Maintain and enhance existing solutions to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand business processes and requirements to implement and customize various modules.

In this role, you will create and maintain automation using workflows, custom functions, and widgets. You will develop and manage user access privileges, homepage dashboards, module, and field-level customizations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Ability to create logical workflows, relevant field creation, and data mapping.
  • Certification as a Zoho Certified Administrator is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of all Zoho One Apps, mainly: CRM, Analytics, Books, Sales IQ, Desk, Survey, and Campaigns.
  • Database management and data management software.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and an active listener.
