About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Amazon Account Manager to join our team. As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts (FBA & FBM).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research & optimize product listings (SEO, content, images, A+ content).
- Plan, execute & monitor Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands & Display).
- Track performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS, TACoS) and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, oversee inventory management & ensure stock availability.
- Manage product launches, promotions & deal campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis & market research for new product opportunities.
- Ensure account health by managing policy compliance, feedback, and reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.
- Provide regular reports, insights & action plans to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of Amazon's A9 algorithm, listing optimization, and PPC strategies.
- Proficient in using Amazon tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication & client-handling abilities.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset & ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
