
Sales Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce sales principles and strategies, with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust pricing accordingly.
Ecommerce Sales SpecialistAs a dynamic and creative individual, you will be responsible for managing online sales operations at Amazon marketplace to boost sales and improve business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing sales activities to profitably sell company products on Amazon marketplace to meet monthly revenue and profitability targets.
- Forecasting monthly sales based on past trends and current competitive landscape for the products.
- Tracking daily sales against the competition and implementing pricing strategies to meet target sales.
- Collaborating with the supply chain team for order planning to ensure timely availability of products to meet sales demand.
- Analyzing and reporting monthly performance of products for management review.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements include:
- Sales-oriented mindset and keen business acumen.
- Possession of strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience requirements include:
- Experience with demand planning and forecasting.
- At least 2 years of experience in an ecommerce sales-related role.
Education requirements include:
- A minimum four-year bachelor's degree in business (BBA or above).
This is a full-time onsite position with alternate work Saturdays. The ideal candidate should be able to commute reliably to the office on a daily basis and reside in Karachi.
