Senior Node.js Developer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Node.js Developer to join our team.


About the Role
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic is key to this role.
  • You will be writing reusable, testable, and efficient code that meets the highest standards.
  • We need someone who can design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications that meet business requirements.
  • Your expertise in implementing security and data protection measures will ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Writing secure API End Points for Front End Applications is also an essential part of this role.
  • You will be responsible for database queries and transactions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Setup and monitoring of Amazon Web Services is also required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in software development.

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience with AWS microservices like AWS Lambda.
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts and their application.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and security compliance guidelines.
  • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
  • Fundamental understanding of scalable application design principles.
  • Differences between mobile and desktop delivery platforms and optimizing output accordingly.
  • Creating database schemas that represent business processes.
  • Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
  • Familiarity with logging services like AWS CloudWatch.
  • Experience with cloud services such as Cognito, Lambda, Cloud Watch, SQS, and SNS.
