Responsibilities

The Client Communication Specialist will be responsible for:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to drive business growth and success.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to client challenges.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and seek feedback.
Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, demonstrations, and product pitches.
  • Create clear and structured documentation such as SRS, BRD, BPR, and user manuals, accurately communicating project specifications and business processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions meeting client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other commercial aspects to close profitable deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software sales or business development, preferably within a software house or tech environment.
  • Experience working with the US international market.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
