Job Description:


The Social Media Content Strategist & Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that highlight the company's projects, attract potential buyers, and build brand awareness. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to craft engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives business results.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, showcasing current projects, lifestyle offerings, and behind-the-scenes updates.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns for new project launches, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain a consistent posting schedule, manage content calendars, and monitor platform performance.
  • Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with the online community to foster engagement and trust.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite. Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve performance and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visually compelling content.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep the brand's digital strategy innovative and competitive.
  • Paid Campaigns: Collaborate on paid advertising campaigns to boost visibility and drive leads through targeted strategies.


Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a social media strategist, content creator, or coordinator, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, including copywriting, storytelling, and basic graphic design (experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content strategies for better performance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with photography, videography, and editing is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
