About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to manage truck dispatch operations for our US-based clients.

This is a dynamic role that requires quick thinking, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities. You will work with US drivers and brokers, schedule loads, handle documentation, and ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and spoken English, strong comprehension, organization, and time management skills. Proactivity, responsiveness, and the ability to solve problems efficiently are essential.

The position involves coordinating with drivers, brokers, and clients through clear and professional communication. It also requires maintaining accurate records and logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch trucks and coordinate loads for US clients.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and clients.
  • Handle dispatch documentation and load tracking with precision.
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly and maintain up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in truck dispatching (US market preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong comprehension, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work US business hours or night shifts.
