Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the security of plant premises by monitoring and authorizing entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
  • Supervise external transporters and individuals on the premises to ensure a secure environment.
  • Streamline administrative processes and increase efficiency/output of the function by supervising administrative staff.
Job Specification

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Graduation/Masters with trainings in Administration and Security.
  • 5 years of experience in an industrial setup.
  • Ex-Army Officer with post-retirement experience in a civil organization preferred.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
